We consider the brand, model, condition, included accessories and current demand. Clear photographs and an accurate description help us assess your item.
Do I need the original box or receipt?
Please let us know which original accessories or documents you have and include photographs where possible. Our team will review these alongside the item itself.
Can I send my item straight away?
Please contact us first and wait for confirmation of the next steps before sending your item.
Is the online valuation final?
A valuation based on photographs is preliminary. Any proposed purchase remains subject to an in-person authenticity and condition inspection, and agreement on the final terms.
What happens after I submit?
Our team will review your details and contact you by email. If more information or photographs are needed, we will let you know.
Shipping & payment
Who pays for shipping?
Once you accept our preliminary offer, EFFE covers inbound shipping within the European Union. For shipments from outside the EU, shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be discussed and agreed with you before dispatch. Please wait for our shipping instructions before sending your item.
When will I receive payment?
Payment is initiated immediately once your item passes our authenticity and condition inspection and the final purchase price is agreed. Bank processing times may vary.
Authentication & returns
What if my item is confirmed to be non-authentic?
We will not proceed with the purchase and will explain the assessment outcome. For items sent from within the EU, a fixed €50 fee covers authentication and handling, plus standard shipping to and from EFFE. For items sent from outside the EU, a €30 authentication fee applies, plus actual transport costs and any applicable customs duties or import taxes incurred by EFFE. Shipping already paid directly by you will not be charged again. Applicable charges must be settled before the item is returned.
What if authenticity cannot be confirmed?
An inconclusive assessment does not mean that your item has been confirmed as non-authentic. We may request further information or carry out an additional review. If we remain unable to confirm authenticity, we will return your item without an authentication fee, and EFFE will cover the return shipping. For cross-border returns, any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be clarified with you before dispatch.
