Trust is built through careful checks. Our process combines verification before purchase, hands-on inspection and independent third-party authentication.
Verification begins before purchase
Every item undergoes an initial authenticity assessment at the sourcing stage, supported by verification through professional authentication services.
A second inspection, in our hands
Once an item reaches EFFE, our in-house authenticators inspect it again before listing. This review considers the item’s construction, materials and brand-specific details, alongside its condition.
A third-party certificate.

Alongside our internal checks, we work with independent authentication services including Entrupy and LegitApp. Every item purchased from EFFE includes a complimentary third-party certificate of authenticity.
The authentication provider is selected according to the item and the brands and categories supported by the service.

Is every item authenticated before it is listed?
Yes. Items undergo verification at sourcing and are inspected again by our in-house team before listing.
Does every item include a certificate?
Yes. Every item purchased from EFFE includes a complimentary third-party certificate of authenticity. Please contact us if you would like to confirm which provider will certify a particular item.
Will my item have certificates from both providers?
Not necessarily. We work with independent services including Entrupy and LegitApp, selecting the provider according to the item and the service’s supported brands and categories.
